This is a model of PLCbeta1 in the bovine brain membranes as stimulated by Ca, Gq and PA.
The primary data sources are Irene Litosch Biochemistry (2000) 39(26):7736-43,
Sternweis PC et al. Philos Trans R Soc Lond B Biol Sci. (1992) 336(1276):35-41 and

12 Jul 2001 The Concentration of Phosphatidic Acid is obtained from I. Liotsch, Biochem., 2000, 39, 7736-7743. The PA concentration vary between 0-60uM Usually the concn levels are set to the basal levels which are under 2 mole percent, estimated at 1 uM.

PA acting as a Substrate in a reaction in
PLCbeta1 Network
Kd is calculated only for second order reactions, like nA+nB <->nC or nA<->nC+nD, where n is number and A,B,C,D are molecules, where as for first order reactions Keq is calculated. Kd for higher order reaction are not consider.
